In an effort to ensure my emotional and mental wellbeing (because I’m pretty sorted with the eating and exercise stuff), I’ve built new habits into my day.
When we do something 3x a day, every day for our entire life, it seems like it’s an important thing and we should give it some attention, doesn’t it?

Every time before a big training ride I get scared.
In the hundreds of hours spent on my bike I had – beside the amazing adventures – a few rides that were tough, cruel, painful, forgettable and even not enjoyable. But none of the rides sucked as much as the one I did last Sunday.
I like getting shit done and I want to share with you how I approach my workday and maximise my time, in the hope that some of these ideas will resonate with and help you.
On my last day on earth I want the person I could have become to meet the person I became and high-five her with the words ‘Great job, I couldn’t have done it better myself!’
This year has been incredible. I sometimes wonder how much more I could have made happen, though, if I simply asked for a bit of help.
