When we do something 3x a day, every day for our entire life, it seems like it’s an important thing and we should give it some attention, doesn’t it?
Every time before a big training ride I get scared.
I made some and they have made a huge difference.
In the hundreds of hours spent on my bike I had – beside the amazing adventures – a few rides that were tough, cruel, painful, forgettable and even not enjoyable. But none of the rides sucked as much as the one I did last Sunday.
What you should be reading in this blog today is a recap of my race on Sunday.
Finally the time has come to race again
Saying no when I wanted to say yes
Bondi Beach, Australia’s most famous strip of sand, was the location of my first ever ocean swim when I raced in the inaugural Bondi Splash and Dash in November 2014. So it was only fitting that I would return here for an ocean swim during my visit to Sydney.
Most of us, though, are staying well within our comfort zone, because it is, well – comfortable. I think we should leave that bubble for a bit and go exploring to see what else life has to offer.
